Uz pregled 10 ključnih best practice principa, izvješće donosi i primjere implementiranih one-stop shop rješenja u zemljama poput Kanade, Portugala, Norveške i Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva. Publikacija je objavljena u sklopu OECD Best Practice serije te kao i ostala izdanja u seriji pruža primjere najboljih praksi primjene novih regulatornih rješenja u javnom sektoru.
